There are Two Spacious and Elegant Air-Conditioned Lounge Areas. One of which is situated at the rear of the Villa and has access to the pool area, this has a DVD & Stereo, as well as an Ipod Docking Station, the other is at the front of the villa and has a Playstation 2 with plenty of games, both rooms have Ceiling Fans and Cable TV.

There is a separate Formal Dining Room with a large table that seats six, from this room a patio door leads out to the covered lanai (patio), this is all elegantly furnished with style and comfort in mind, the PC with Internet Access is also in this room.

The kitchen is well equipped with large self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, garbage waste disposal, electric kettle, toaster,blender, electric can opener and all cooking utensils etc. It is also equipped with a telephone. There is a pleasant little nook with table and chairs that look out onto the pool area.

There is a Seperate Utility Room with a Washing Machine and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board

This suite is beautifully furnished with an American King size 7ft. bed There is a walk in wardrobe, Cable tv with remote, Telephone with answermachine, alarm clock radio and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has an oval bath, large walk in shower unit, his n hers vanity units with hollywood lighting above. A hairdryer is also supplied.

Again, beautifully appointed, this suite has a Queen size bed, walk in wardrobe, cable TV with remote, telephone, alarm clock radio, Ceiling fan.

The en-suite bathroom has a bath/shower, single vanity unit with lights over and is equipped with hairdryer.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen Size Bed with cable TV , ceiling fan, clock/ radio and spacious wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 has Twin Beds with a Disney Theme for Younger Guests, there is a Walk-in Wardrobe, Cable TV and a Ceiling Fan.

These rooms both share a "Jack and Jill" Bathroom, which is fully equipped with bath/Shower and has a hairdryer also

The Pool is a large 30 X 15ft and there is also a Jacuzzi/Spa. The covered lanai has a Patio Table and 6 lovely chairs from Palm Casuals and a George Foreman Bbq/Grill, so is ideal for dining 'Al Fresco', there is also a Ceiling Fan to keep cool from the Florida Sun . If you prefer to Sunbathe there are Padded Sunloungers for your use also. All doors leading onto the pool area are fitted with "Kiddy" alarms, and a removable safety net is fitted around pool to prevent the little ones from straying on to the pool deck unaccompanied.

We also have a games room, which includes a Pool table, Table-Tennis, Air-Hockey Table, Electronic Darts and a selection of Games/Jigsaws for the whole family.
